For this warranty to be valid it must be purchased with the laptop at checkout.

How to make a warranty claim:

  1. Email me at robert@katycustomtrucksolutions.com with your order number and laptop issue.

  2. You will receive a UPS shipping label to send your laptop in.

  3. Drop your package off at any UPS store

  4. Once received, your laptop will be inspected, laptop will be serviced or replaced. (Repair/Replacement process can take 1-2 weeks depending on the issue availability of units).

  5. Your laptop will be mailed back to you.
